The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Case Manager/Managing Director to create, implement and execute marketing initiatives in line with the company’s goals, branding and vision. The Marketing Coordinator will work in a team and independently of co-workers or supervisors and therefore must possess good judgment and take initiative whilst following the policies and procedures of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator duties include but are not limited to:
• Implement marketing and advertising campaigns, preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
• Create and maintain promotional material and presentations.
• Regular and consistent video and social media content creation
• Assist in managing and updating website content and media as well as managing the company’s landing page.
• Creating, designing, launching and managing of marketing events
• Create and maintain weekly client and staff newsletters including brainstorming and presenting content for approval.
• Create and maintain vlogs and blogs.
• Create and update branding designs, brochures and collateral designs.
• Design, create and regularly update email signatures for all office personnel.
• Manage Facebook campaigns and advertising using metadata.
• Manage Google marketing campaigns and analytics.
• Track client conversion rates and sales data
• Prepare marketing reports and metrics by collecting, analyzing, and summarising sales data.
• Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy.
• Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
• Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
• Build knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices and local marketing tactics with team members.
Qualifications
The suitable incumbent would have:
• 2+ years experience assisting in marketing activities and a basic understanding of marketing principles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge and understanding of traditional and digital marketing, content creation and social media marketing.
• Experience posting and moderating on social media platforms.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
• Excellent writing skills
• Competent in using Google and social media platforms.
• Experience using data analytics software.
