IT Support Specialist

Position Summary

The new addition to our client team will be involved in delivering infrastructure projects, infrastructure maintenance, cloud projects and assist their helpdesk team with advanced ticket escalations.

You will be exposed to variety of different technologies and have scope to improve your IT knowledge.

Required Experience:

  1. A minimum of three years of experience delivering managed IT services and / or equivalent client-facing service experience.
  2. Experience with implementing and managing:
  •  Microsoft Server networks.
  • Network infrastructure.
  • Cyber security.
  • Cisco and Unifi networks.
  • Veeam backups.
  • VMware and other virtualisation technologies.
  • Firewalls.
  • SharePoint sites.
  • O365.
