Our Client has been providing services to people with disability since the 1950s. Today, they are a registered NDIS provider offering integrated clinical, health, social and disability services in accommodation, community participation, supported employment and support coordination services in the Greater Sydney and in Northern Rivers regions in NSW.
This role will be responsible to create and publish digital media, communications and marketing content for my client. To evaluate and measure this activity to support the organisation’s communications and marketing strategy

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the company websites and digital assets – keeping content current, keeping the platform optimised and utilised to communicate to audiences.
- Be companies social media champion who can confidently navigate social media landscape and have your finger on the pulse of emerging trends, practices and channels, and understand the intricacies of creating content across all key channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram).
- Manage company social media channels, overseeing content from internal stakeholders and optimising these to best communicate and reach key targeted demographics to meet business objectives.
- Review and monitor the effectiveness of online marketing and promotional activity, providing regular reports and analysis on web and digital media usage and trends using Google Analytics and on-line sources, to support future marketing and recruitment activity.
- Qualifications
The suitable incumbent would have:
- Demonstrated experience (2-3 years) in a similar role within a comms and marketing team.
- Demonstrated ability to grow and engage a social community across multiple platforms.
- Strong knowledge of the social media landscape – you know the in’s-and-out’s of each platform, cutting-edge and emerging content trends, and the tips and tricks to outsmart any algorithm
- Solid knowledge of social media analytics and social media management tools (Hootsuite, HubSpot, Creator Studio, Facebook Business Manager)
- Comfortable and competent posting compelling content on Facebook Pages, Instagram (Business Profile) and LinkedIn.
- Exceptionally resourceful – if you don’t have the answer you go out and find it. You don’t wait for someone to teach you, you teach yourself.
